I'm happy to announce that I've officially launced the Adventure Coaching part of my practice. In addition to Miracle Coaching, I'm also working one-on-one with clients, couples and groups leading them on Adventure Self-Discovery Tours.

And let me tell you, Costa Rica is an amazing place to discover yourself! The Self-Discovery Adventure work I do is tailor fit to each client, couple or group. A sample itinerary might look like the following:

• Days 1 - 2:
  Discovery workshop in the mountains of Costa Rica where you will become clear about your intentions and beliefs

• Days 3 - 4:
  Three-day trip to the Osa Peninsula where you will spend time with monkeys, dolphins and many other animals. You'll also spend time meditating and go hiking through the jungle

• Days 5 - 6:
  Horse-back riding, Jungle eco-tour and white water rafting

• Days 7 - 8:
  Final two days at the beach on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica where you will review your experience and make a plan for the future

Clients will be “guided” through each part of the program, step-by-step. I will be leading them through exercises and providing coaching all along the way.

By saying “yes” to a process such as this, you are announcing to the Universe that you no longer want to hide behind your routine or your fears. Self-Discovery Adventure Coaching is a great way to experience more of the beauty of our world, as well as the beauty that already lies within yourself.
